Major resorts, Mount Buller, Falls Creek and Mt Hotham have a multitude of runs suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and Mt Baw Baw also offers a good selection of downhill courses.

Victoria's ski resorts are equipped with extensive lift networks and snowmaking systems to ensure premium skiing conditions throughout the snow season and less time stuck in line. Resorts offer lessons catering to a wide mix of levels, so learn the basics or hone your existing skills with a ski lesson to suit your capabilities.

Beginner (Green) Runs
Take your time learning to ski on the wide, gentle slopes of the green runs. Booking a group or individual lesson is a great way to learn the basics.

Intermediate (Blue) Runs
Challenge yourself and practice moves learnt on the green runs.

Advanced (Black) Runs
Only for the experienced skiers, head for the chutes and steeps of the black runs, and get your adrenalin fix.
