Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Murray River on PS Canberra or Pride of the Murray. PS Canberra is the oldest river boat on the Murray River having celebrated her century in August 2013. She has has been taking visirtors on cruises along the Murray, Darling and Murrumbidgee rivers since 1944.

She has has been taking visirtors on cruises along the Murray, Darling and Murrumbidgee rivers since 1944. Pride of the Murray began life as a barge in 1924. She has since been converted to a paddle wheeler and is one of only three boats built in Echuca that still operate on the Murray River today.The PS Canberra or the Pride of the Murray operate each day with alternative schedules at off peak periods.Highlights include a unique 360 degree viewing area above the engine, fully enclosed and open areas (perfect for group gatherings), wide viewing windows to see the paddlewheels and skipper's commentary of the historic port and its unique paddleboat fleet. All children (big and small) have the opportunity to steer the paddlesteamer and receive a free skippers certificate. Paddlesteamer also features an onboard kiosk, fully licensed bar, toilet facilities and easy access on and off the vessel.

Highlights of an Emmylou one and two night cruise include riverside campfires and barbecues, a visit to a vineyard and wine tasting, world heritage wetlands and cultural experience day excursion, whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of the river aboard a steam fired Paddlesteamer.PS Emmylou provides sun decks and loungers, Redgums Restaurant and Bar on the saloon deck and a relaxing private front lounge. The PS Emmylou is the only wood-fired paddlesteamer in the world offering regular overnight cruising. Catering for just 18 guests in nine cabins, Emmylou exudes old-world charm whilst offering modern comforts. Emmylou is fueled by redgum logs and is driven by a completely restored 1906 steam engine built to the highest world classification standards. PS Canberra and Pride of the Murray offer daily one hour cruises with historical commentary of Echuca.
