Then meet Tamara Newing from BoatShed Cheese, an award-winning artisan producer on the Mornington Peninsula, specialising in French style handmade cheeses. Tamara uses Victorian goat, cow, buffalo and sheep milk to create her preservative free cheese using age-old French techniques.

In this class, she will introduce you to several styles of cheese and how they are made and then demonstrate how easy it is to infuse the fabulous winter flavour of truffles into a handmade ricotta.

Finally, enjoy a tasting of Truffled Brie and Truffle Tomme before leaving with your own truffled ricotta to take home.
