Learn the old craft of crochet with free workshops at Fed Square.

Learn the old craft of crochet with free workshops at Fed Square.

Crochet workshops are led by Lynn Berry and a small group of volunteer crochet enthusiasts - the pioneers of the "5000 Poppies project". A moving community tribute to the Anzacs, the 5000 Poppies Project had contributors from all corners of Australia as well as overseas and eventually concluded with more than 250,000 crocheted, knitted and felted poppies on display at Fed Square on Anzac Day 2015.

Join Lynn Berry and her team and discover the world of crochet in a new series of workshops. During these sessions you can learn how to crochet granny squares that will be pieced together to form a blanket.
