Mission To Seafarers Victoria invites the public to attend Australia's leading maritime exhibition.

Themed, The Relationship Between Humanity And The Sea, the exhibition, judged by an esteemed art prize committee, celebrates the sea and all things nautical. The exhibition consists of over 80 paintings.

Art aficionados and those who are drawn to the sea, admire the form of ships or simply dream of sailing will enjoy the exhibition, which showcases these subjects in all their majesty. The artwork will adorn the walls of The Norla Dome Gallery, itself a reason to attend the exhibition.

An architectural wonder of some 99 years old, it was originally built as a gymnasium for seafarers. Currently available for weddings, exhibitions and other functions, the Dome Gallery will certainly enhance the ambience of the exhibition. Visitors cannot ask for a more unique setting.

Visitors are welcome to purchase the works, all of which will be for sale. A percentage of the sale price will goes toward the work of the Mission supporting the well-being of seafarers. Globally, 1.4 million merchant sailors traverse the seas, transporting 95 per cent of world trade.

Enjoy.
