High Country

This garden is a testament to the courage of the owners as they restored their garden which was almost destroyed during the Black Saturday 2009 fires. The charming woodland garden borrows views from the bush and tall gums that surround the property.

This garden is a testament to the courage of the owners as they restored their garden which was almost destroyed during the Black Saturday 2009 fires.

The charming woodland garden borrows views from the bush and tall gums that surround the property.

It contains many rare and unusual specimen trees and shrubs as well as a large collection of succulents and cacti housed within two glass houses. Come and linger, picnic on the lawns, wander through the recovered bush land and learn how the owners saved their garden from the fire.

There will be a display showing the garden prior to and immediately after Black Saturday.
