Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie's Rocky Road Festival is far more than celebration of the classic chocolate, marshmallows and nuts – they are taking this traditional treat to all new heights.

Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie's Rocky Road Festival is far more than celebration of the classic chocolate, marshmallows and nuts – they are taking this traditional treat to all new heights.

Delight in their selection of new twists on the Aussie favourite, Rocky Road with 31 different varieties to choose. Featured in their three metre long display case visitors will find flavours including Heavenly Honeycomb, Cookies and Cream, Maple Candied Bacon, Gum Leaf and Wild Honey Bush Tucker, Match Tea, Chai Latte, Golden Gaytime and even a block full of Superfoods.

In an attempt to create a new world record for the longest Rocky Road, visitors will be treated to a super big block measuring eight metres long featuring over 60 kilograms of couverture chocolate, 14,500 black forest jellies, 3,200 marshmallows and 15,000 nuts. To celebrate the month long festival of this classic Aussie treat – every visitor from 1-31 May will be able to try a piece for free.

Hosted tasting sessions for Rocky Road devotees are on offer every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in May - bookings essential via the website.

A range of Rocky Road infused desserts, ice creams and hot chocolates are also available in the cafe.
