Townhouse 99 also features two bathrooms, large double spa, washing machine/dryer, two toilets and garage. Garden, barbecue, and outdoor settings. Facilities include large screen television, DVD player, five speaker surround sound system, DVD movies, radio, reverse cycle heating and cooling air-conditioning, gas log fire, and private environment. Townhouse 99 can sleep three couples or six people.

There is no reception office at the houses so the management appreciate an ETA text message or phone call on the arrival day. Then 15 minutes prior to arrival a quick message so that staff can meet you at the house and complete a quick and informative check in registration.
