Circumnavigate the majestic Grampians National Park along the winding Grampians Way. Put together an itinerary that's all your own and duck in and out of the park as you go. See the park's countless attractions and find the best of what lies on its doorstep.

Around town
Start your journey in Halls Gap, a small town with a big personality. Delve into the dreamtime stories of the local Indigenous people at Brambuk or stretch your legs on a stroll out to the majestic Mackenzie Falls. Nature lovers will enjoy the panoramic views of the Grampians' rugged landscape from Boroka Lookout and the native wildlife at the Halls Gap Zoo.

Local produce and fine dining
Wind your way around the Grampians National Park, taking in the towns of Pomonal and Moyston. Stock up on high quality olives at Red Rock Olives or grab a bag of hazelnuts at Grampians Grove. Hear stories about the birthplace of Australian Rules Football, and then continue on to Dunkeld, home of famous foodie haven – The Royal Mail Hotel. Load up on baked treats and local produce and then hit the highway again.

Art and adventure
Take a detour to see ancient rock art at Billimina Shelter and Manja Shelter or press on to Wartook Valley for adventure activities like horseriding and quad biking. Rest and unwind with a picnic by Mackenzie River and then make your way through the Stapleton Area, sampling some of Victoria's finest olives and olive oil along the way.

Finish the loop by passing through quirky Old Dadswell Town, where you'll get a glimpse of yesteryear. Stop in for a coffee at the famous Giant Koala and then take a wander along the bank of sparkling Lake Lonsdale.
