Wombat Forest Vineyard produce handcrafted wines paying particular attention to detail. The extended ripening period enhances the fruit flavour and provides subtle tannins. All their reds are aged in French Oak barrels, producing award winning elegant cool climate wines.

Wombat Forest is only 10 minutes from the Trentham Village, 15 minutes from Kyneton and Daylesford, 50 minutes from Bendigo and Ballarat, one hour and 10 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. Twenty years later they are continuing to provide genuine country hospitality in a natural bush setting. Their winery and tasting room is nestled on the top of the ridge overlooking a large dam with the Wombat Forest creating the backdrop.

Wombat Forest Vineyard currently caters for informal occasions with their deck looking out over the bush, horse yard and landscaped garden. Open 10:00am-5:00pm weekends and public holidays.
