A picturesque 60 acres including 20 acres of bush with cycling and walking tracks. There are numerous dams with fishing and yabbying possible.

The house has a fully self contained kitchen, wood heater, split system heating and cooling, gas barbecue, with one queen, two double and two single beds all with full linen.
